      there is only one thing that needs to take place to become lucid... that is...

      REALIZE YOU ARE DREAMING WHEN IN A DREAM

      no rules.... Reality checks help you to realize. the most infallible RC is the plug nose method (plug nose, shut mouth, and see if you can breathe. if you can breathe, you're dreaming)
