      Thought it was about time i introduced myself.

      I'm a 21yr old lass who regained interest in lucid dreaming about a year ago.

      Lucid dreaming to me is the most tangable link to seeing life in a different way. The first time i LD'd was equivalent (or perhaps even more influential) to the first time i ever took drugs in the way it changed the way i perceived 'reality' and my waking world.

      I was alseep, but i wasn't asleep, so who the hell was awake?

      It reminded me of a story i heard when i was little about a man who dreamt he was a butterfly who was dreaming that he was a man. Now as he awoke he didn't know if he was a man, or a butterfly dreaming he was a man.

      I have read a lot of Carlos Castanada, write music and am addicted to poi and firetwirlling. I'm very interested in the relationship between the creation of art and a deeper consciousness, one that is felt but not understood.

      And now i'm just going to put this here, because it makes me laugh in some disturbing kind of way
