Hello all. I have just come across this forum and it looks great, lots of info to take in and some that helps me make sense of some strange experiences i have had hehe. It looks like im quite lucky as far as dreaming goes as i dream at least one dream i can recall each night, usually more than one. Ive found this also has a negative side tho as i sometimes find it hard to shift my mental state from that of what it was in the dream, resulting in weird feeling for the first few hours of a day. I have also had 1 Lucid dream so far, when i was younger. I am 23 now so it was probably about 15 years ago when i was alot younger, i had a nightmare that i was being chased by monsters (i can still remember all this now as it was such a strange experience at the time) and i suddenly 'awoke' in the dream and realised i was dreaming. I then simply stopped running and flew onto the top of a building hehe. I then flew about for a while in amazement then awoke. Ive also had a dream in which i became aware i could move objects with my mind in the dream and was moving things around in my bedroom, although i dont recall the same feeling of sudden realisation of being in a dream then, if you know what i mean. So i dont think that counts as lucid. Ive also had a fair few strange dreams with strange coincidences after, but ill go into them in a separate thread at another time. Anyway ive typed enough for my first post hehe. Gareth.

Hey! Im supposed to say that! *pouts* Anyway, welcome to the forum Gareth Awesome place this is. Tonnes of info, and tonnes of nice people. As DDK said, (RAWR&#33 for the most part ANYTHING can be asked here really, as long as its in the correct forum, and be discussed maturely, no matter how weird or stupid it may seem.
