Lucid Dreaming Methods

Newbie here. Recently started to learn about LDs and had some good experiences (=LDs) using Wake back to bed. http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/inde...showtopic=6147

Since its school holidays I've been going to bed at like 2 am or nearly 3 am. Before I go to bed I masturbate. While masturbating, I think about lucid dreaming the whole time. When I'm done, I relax in bed, still thinking about lucid dreaming. And then when I'm asleep, I realise I'm lucid! My dreams last between 20 mins to an hour, I go back to sleep after writing keywords on my phone, and no more lucids for me. I've done this 4 nights in a row and I'm new to LD.

My method with the most lds is the DILD. But its not very relieble cause it happens in the dream. My favorite method is WILD cause if you do it right then you WILL have one.

Keeping a dream journal is the best thing you can ever do for your dreaming and lucidity. It is by far the best advice I can give anyone. IMHO nothing could help more.

I was wondering... does the masturbation method work when having sex with women too... or just by yourself? It would be fairly easy if it does... I think of other stuff all the time hehe

I'm able to WILD at will with my techniques which can be found in my tutorials in my signature.
