Doing A Rc With A Digital Watch

I started wearing a digital watch recently to help do RCs, but I'm still confused a little. If I wear the watch all day, how long will it take before my dream self starts to also wear the watch?

Firstly welcome to the forum I wouldn't just "wear" the watch and use that as a RC. Try making it bleap every hour and then do a RC like putting your finger through your hand ect. Either way it should take a few weeks depending on how much you notice the watch. Just remember that everyone is different, also stay positive. Good luck

I use my analog watch to compare the time to a wall clock for RCs. This has worked many times for me since the times never match when I'm dreaming! I suppose it would work the same way with a digital watch if you used it for that. But yeah, setting it to beep every hour like NeAvO suggested will help you remember to do an RC right then.
