Hi!

My name is Ben, I'm from Brazil and currently going to college in the US. I'm almost 19 years old and I have been always interested in Lucid Dreaming, I just didn't know so many people knew about it and that there was so much information.

I know I already had a lucid dream before. I think I was 6 years old, I was playing with a ball and suddenly I found out I was dreaming, so I sat on the ball and started floating, watching my house from the sky. It was the most amazing experience I've ever had!

So a while ago I started looking for more information and I found this site. My account is new, but I've been reading the forums for a while before creating it.

I will be leaving on an LDS mission next week, but until it happens, I want to get together as much information about Lucid Dreaming as I can, then I will have two years (that's how long an LDS mission is for young men) to train and improve this skill

So, I hope people know more about me now.

Edit.ps. I forgot to add this. Yesterday I tried to get lucid for the first time, I mean, it was the first I WANTED to get lucid, because as I told before, it has happened to me before. I almost had a WILD. It was very scary, but gave me inspiration to continue trying

Man, I wish I could do a WILD. Every time I try, I end up falling asleep. Oh, have you heard about the adoption program here? I think you might like it. Well, gotta go. I'm actually in school right now. See ya!!

Yeah I saw the adoption thing, but I don't know if it would work since I'm leaving to Boston next week and I won't have internet access there, at least if I have, it'll be very restricted.

oh, and by the way, are you keeping a dream journal? If not, i recommend you start one right away, you'd hate to have a lucid dream and then forget about it...

Hi

LDS stands for Latter-day Saints, it's a very common religion, we are mainly known as "Mormons" I'm sure you've heard that word before..

I want to start a dream journal, but last night I couldn't remember any of the dreams I had. I set my alarm clock to ring every 110 mins, hoping that I would wake up in the middle of one of my REM stages, I couldn't remember any dreams :/

A good thing though is that by 5am, last time I woke up last night, when I went to bed again I almost had a WILD. I had an SP, it was scary.. but I woke up.
