      Hi knightridersteve Welcome to Dreamviews

Yup it definately seems when you were napping on your sofa that you had enough conscious to enter a Lucid Dream and you would've more than likely entered the dream from a technique called WILD. Did you feel like your body was at all in a state of paralysis? Especially during the time where you felt as if you were levitating? This is common among entering the state of WILD. Total concentration would took you into a dream setting where you are fully aware that you are dreaming the moment you are in the dream. It seems as though you have enough insight on the basic principles. Whenever you have time take a look at the turtorials. They can be extremely helpful. If you have any questions feel free to ask, everyone here is extremely helpful. I'll see ya around and Good luck

      Happy dreaming!

to help w/ LDs.. try getting a watch that tones every hour.. and train urself to do a reality check every time you hear it.. at night place it next to your bed and when it goes off, when u r asleep, by training urself so much you could possibly have an LD.. by reality checking and what not.. read the Tutorial at the beginning.. it helps alot
