      haha hi all..
      can someone tell me wad on earth should i do to hav a lucid dream but does not involve WILDS? i cant wake up in the dead of the night cuz i hav skool everyday..haha..and im a bit scared of tat sleep paralysis thingy..

      There are several other tecniqeus to have lucid dreams - none in which to be afraid of. As with the sleep paralysis that is harmless as well.

      Yeah, just do what Howetzer said, look at the tutorials. Have you started keeping a dream journal yet?

      ya i keep telling myself to hav lucid dreams when i sleep now..
      i had a couple of them last time now tat i remembered it..
      i always recall a dream everytime i wake up..but always only one..
