I've been doing that too, with your same results...I guess we should just be patient. If we keep doing it we ought to get a lucid eventually.

      Welcome to the forum pbassist540

The WBTB method does seem to be working as you said you have been getting more awareness. Like bentrider08 said just be patient. Some times these things just take time. Heres the WBTB section in the tutorials.

      Hey there pbassist.

I use the WBTB method mainly for boosting my recall and vividity. It definitely works, beyond a doubt. However, you might want to consider combining WBTB with an induction technique - I'd suggest the MILD technique - it's all about autosuggestion and mnemonics.

      Hope that helps!

      Hi Bassist,

tell us more about how you're doing the wbtb - what time do you wake up compared to when you go to bed, and also how long do you stay up?

If you try changing those variables a little bit you might find that right balance in which you'll be able to go back to bed and slip right back into sleep while keeping your awareness.

WBTB is sort of different for everybody. Different schedules and all that work differently.

But, I'd probably say that you'll want to stay up a bit longer than 10 minutes. 30 minutes, maybe, might work better.
