Only the cinders remain as another night becomes a yesterday...
find a reason to not sleep on your side, for me it was drooling, I got tired of this so now I always sleep on my back with no problems and stopped the drooling |

in your wildest dreams you couldn't picture a bogan like me, haha
HAHAHAHA nice... any way, welcome to the forum. im sorta new at this stuff and have been working on WILD for a while - iv gotten sooo close, but then i wake up - but any way, the times Iv gotten closest, i was on my back. I found that when i tried on my side, I was too comfortable and i fell asleep too easily which is a problem when WILDing. if you get uncomfortable, just ignor it and perservire (sp?) - from what iv read, the uncomfortable thing is normal. also, do a RC when you are "shure" that you woke up cause ppl say that you can sometimes wake up in your dream in your bed so you think your awake. people have even said that they write stuff in their journals and wake up to find that they were dreaming and never wrote anything. |
