I've had 3 lucid dreams accompanied by sleep paralysis. I dislike the paralysis because it got increasingly scary it seems. I want to know if there is a way to get rid of the paralysis, but continue lucid dreaming. I'm not sure there is becasue I believe the paralysis is the reason why I'm going into lucid dreams and vis versa so it seems like a losing situation either way. What do you think?

We all experience sleep paralysis. What SP is, is that when we sleep, the brain puts a chemical through us that paralyzes us, to stop us from acting out our dreams. Normally we don't consciously remember SP, however, Lucid Dreaming being a level of consciousness during sleep, sleep paralysis is very often experienced.
