I've got to start writing down the meanings of all of these so that I can properly understand what everyone means (I get lost with the acronyms). I generally and consistently do RC's throughout the day and then end up doing them in my sleep. I also tell myself over and over as I'm falling asleep that I'll have lucid dreams. It works very well for me; I'd say I'm a LD Expert.
As for DS, I don't think I really have any in particular. Nothing that snaps me into, "HEY I'm dreaming." Although I do go through jags of having a common theme. For example while I was pregnant (in each case while I was pregnant), I dreamt of water, especially in the form of bathtubs. Currently I'm in a jag of dreaming about being in a class in a school setting, which is a change from the old dream I used to have, where I was dreaming about not being able to find my class or know anything about them. I guess I'm not really sure what constitutes as a DS... if it doesn't remind you that you're dreaming but it's something that you dream a lot but it doesn't make sense IRL, does that count?
Also, HI. And welcome; which I feel weird saying, being a newbie, too. But welcome anyway.
