Hi everybody

The reason why I'm here is because I need help. But before stating my problem let me give a small introduction of myself. I'm 16 and I have been practicing LD for about 4 years now. My first LD was the consequence of a nightmare ( Pretty long so I'm going to skip it, but if you are interested I can tell you about it..it's pretty cool actually ). After it I began to practice every night.

Now here's the problem...6 month ago, it became harder to realize I was dreaming... but at the same time I started developing a tecnique that allows me to fall asleep knowing its a dream. I start by imaging something and then when I'm sleeping I dream what I was imaging.

Until last night I had no idea this had a name. I woke up in the middle of the night and I decided I wanted to gain control over my dreams again. So I google and I found out this had a name..and a forum.

If you people could help me to LD like I used to..it would be great..also I would like to know things I can do. I'm out of ideas. Well..bye. Thanks in advance.

Things I've done:

Fly- Great!
Swimming
Driving a car
Sex-

hey! I'm a teen!
Teletransporting
Creating invisible shields
Levitating objects
Walking naked - To defeat my shyness
Creating people
Making out with my favourite actor-

Sometimes I've done two things at the same time.

Welcome to the forum DreamGirl and may I say your avatar is weird

Most people tend to LD when they're young, its a way for people to escape nightmares when they are younger. Its a shame that you have lost your ability to LD, have you tried the Tutorials Section yet? That has tonnes of information that helps to incude LDs, hopefully it can help you.

Btw, you've done alot in your dreams! Thats all pretty impressive.

Welcome to Dreamviews DreamGirl!

Since you have been practicing for so long, things'll come much easier to you, and it'll likely be easier for you to understand everything we talk about.

Be sure to check out the Tutorials Section. Theres a tonne of tutorials there that can hopefully help you back into LDing. Just browse the forum too, you'll find lots of info and discussions going on that'll more then likely help you. And if you have any questions ask away! Our community would be glad to help!

And I think we'd all be interested in hearing about your introduction to the world of LDing!

Thank you both. I'll check the tutorial section. I'm just eager to control my dreams again. Lately I have been feeling like like I've lost a part of me

Well, my first LD was really cool. I was at my gradma house with my brother, my parents and of course my grandma. We were having a family dinner. I remember I was stading in the hallway in front of the main door, when suddenly it slowly started to open. And there he was.. Jason Voorhees (?) ( Yeah..the guy from Friday the 13)with the hockey mask and the machete (?). I paralized. I was so afraid he would kill my family and me.

But I wasn't going to let him get away with that. ( This part is hardest one to explain) So with all the strength I had in myself I transformed myself into the real me.

It was like until that moment I had been a video game character. I had limitation over my actions. It was also like I had been looking everything through the glass of a monitor. I gained control of myself. I run to the other side of the hallway, to a window and I opened it. And just like Peter Pan I fly away ( my grandma lives in an apartment).

Then because I didn't want them to get hurt... I created invisible shields ( they were like bubbles) and made them levitate them with my mind... so they would follow me. But I was still worried... what if he kills someone else?... so I created invisible shield to all the people of the city.

Then I woke up. After it I had this wonderful feeling of power.
