Thread: :D my eyes work against me!

This is quite an annoying problem that I have. When I try to fall asleep it feels like I have to almost "push" my eyes down to not open them. It is really annoying, because I can't really relax! Does anybody know how I could make this go away?

Atempt to stay awake for a week, but refrain taking stimulants of any kind.

i thin there was a similar post to this some time ago, i have the exact same problem.........
it may work for u as well but try letting go of trying...u know how u have a meditational/relaxing state and a drift/sleep state sort of..like u can sort of switch between the two..like im gonna try a wild or i cant be stuffed im going to sleep now
well just let go for a while and see if ur eyes relax a bit...works wonders most of the time...let me know if it worked for ya
