Just saying HI to the gang. I have been reading the post for a couple of days now and have found a lot of good information. THX

I pretty new to LD, but I have had some spontaneous experiences. My goal here is to learn to LD on command. I have been trying for a week now, but without results. I have pretty good recall (about two dreams a night) and do keep track of them in a dream journal. My dreams lack some vividness and I have been experiencing with supplements to try to increase it. No concrete results so far. I am an apprentice hypnotist and have some ability in getting into trance. I have also been experimenting with HILD. I have not been able to go lucid in the last month or so.

I am looking for a more experience LDer that could guide me to lucidity.

      THX all

      Welcome!

It is a great community with lots to learn and many great personalities to enjoy. And LDing is a faboo hobby. Stick with it, read the tutorials and keep working at it and you'll likely be lucid in no time.

I've not been involved in it, but you might want to check out the adoption program here. A lot of folk seem to benefit from it.

      Hey!

That's what I was going to say, check out the Adoption section. After you've been registered here for 2 weeks, you can post there and someone will "adopt" you and be able to help you one-on-one.

Seems like your starting off pretty well, with good recall. Don't be discouraged if you don't see any results right away, everyone learns at different rates. For some people it takes days, for others months.

Like pj said, check out the Tutorials section, and good luck to you!

Thanks for the warm welcome. I looked into the adoption process and am just waiting for the two week probatory period to be over. I'm just so glad to know that there are people out there that are wanting to help newbs like me.
