      hey, i'm new. i've looked been on the site a couple times and now i've decided to join. i've read some of your posts about stuff like sleep paralysis, and i'm glad i read about it, because that used to happen to me a lot and it stopped and it was always weird, thats cool how i was doing lucid things and not even knowing it. I usually have 1 to 2 dreams i remember a night, buyt yesterday i read the whole site and i had 4 dream that i remember, i couldn't remember them that well, but i had them.none were lucid though . i used to keep dream journals when i was little, but now this site has kind of convinced me to start back again, so i have, and it's cool.so,yeah.

      1 or 2 dreams a night is really very good for some people, so well done! Keeping a dream journal again will make that improvie drastically though, but I'm sure you know that. So good luck.

      ..very reacently I had a guest from HC, simple italian guy ..somehow I turned talking about LD and he almost jumt up saying.."oh my god I have been doing this since I was 4 till round 11, but no one believed me!!!I want to get it back!" ..his parents kept telling him that that was nonsence till he start to believe it was.. I believe that we are all born with the ability to LD..but we lost it because we were not allowed to see things how they are..simple as that we can get it back
