Step One, don't ask Its a "Don't call us, we'll call you." Type system.

Be active and helpful here, be kind and considerate to other members, and make new ones feel welcome. Know what your talking about, and be knowledgeable about the site and Lucid Dreaming. Just be an all around great member, and should the staff feel your worthy of the position and should we need more staff, its decided then.
