thank you very much, it's good to feel at home.

does anyone have a good way of keeping yourself calm when you realize you are dreaming. Out of my 7 lucid dreams, 4 of them i have unfortunately woke up from excitement.

Well, first, you might want to set in the affirmation, while you're awake, that you will remain calm, when you realize you are dreaming.

In the dream, if you can remember, as soon as you realize you're dreaming, do something to stabilize the dream. Look at your hands, or a nearby object, and just focus on staying calm and letting the dream environment become more solid.
