I'm new to the forum... but I'm really interested in lucid dreaming. I've had a few in my life... but now I'm having some serious serious trouble with dream recall. Does anyone have any advice on how to improve this? I've been doing the thing where you ask yourself if your dreaming throughout the day and then write "I will remember my dreams down" before I go to bed and telling myself I'm going to remember as im going to sleep but i'm really having trouble with it. Sometimes I'll remember my dreams but I dont think I have at all in like the last week and a half. Do you guys use anything else that helps you? Lately i've been busy with school and have only been able to get about 5 or so hours of sleep is it impossible to remember with this little sleep? isn't it after about 4.5 hours that you hit REM sleep and shouldn't i remember if im just waking up after this?
