Alright, I don't post that often... this is my second, But I figured I minds well keep everyone informed. Plus I'm bored right now so why not.

I had a semi-lucid dream a couple of nights ago, It was somewhat awkward though. I was shown this technique by one of my fellow lucid dreamer how you would use the "FILD" technique, I was told to tap my fingers on my pillow or bed gently, like a keyboard... and it did work for me. Anyways, I tend to have these random dreams that are sometimes totally irrelavent to my life... or so I think. But, I had a dream that the city I was in, for some reason was near a beach was evactuated. I remember that I was near a toll both when I started becoming conscience, I could tell that I was dreaming 'cause I was in the middle of the tolls and all of a sudden a hand reached down from the sky and started stacking large books against the tolls! I took a step back and was like "wtf?" this must be a dream, it was like an epifiany. I stabilized myself and started examining my surroundings! I felt in complete control of the dream for about 1-3 minutes or so, I don't know the amount of time exactly but it felt like that it was in that range. The first thing I did was fly, I flew straight up in the air like a bird. I tried to spawn people after that but I was awoken by an annoying alarm clock.

Well that's my lucid, lol, just was filling you guys in. I figured you would appreciate me letting you guys know my progress... 'cause I am like that with your's.

      Later guys!

Hey that's great, pretty interesting dream. Keep it up!

You might want to start a dream journal topic here on the forums, keep everyone up to date.

I have a premonition Dave Travis will be a naturall if he keeps at it.
It took him like one day to have a LD.
--Ull see in a month or two.

^^ The root of my success, my inspiration and not to mention the person that introduced me to the LDing ways! Lol! It was more like 3 days though, I'm not quite an LD prodigy, I could be though . But guys I had yet another LD last night again! It was rather mild (no pun intended nor is it directed towards "MILD"). This time I could not control it and just lost it. But, yeah, I do want to start a dream journal that would be... productive? Possibly =). Can someone inform me how to start a Dream Journal por favor.

And for the record ShYne123 (awesome name) it was about Counter Strike. GO CS! wooooo hoooo! lol.

Yes Dave it used to be my CS name lastyear LOL.
      GO CSS!!
(my team lost our match lastnight) :-/

-When you start off, try and write down what time you go to sleep, and write down what time it is that you wake up and record your dreams.
-After a little while you can see the patterns that you dream and it can help you know when your average REM cycles are.
-thats my only imput, plus Dave i guess you have really detailed dreams, i also do so ima go get a voice recorder so i can quickily and alot more detailed record my dreams. Ill later write them down.
-Its a good idea if you wanted to check that out.
-errr tell me to buy one nexttime we hangout becuase i keep
      delaying :-/
