Hello everyone just finnaly got around to registering been lurking around for a few months now, been trying out lucid dreaming almost 4 times a week (im a student) i dont do much 20 years old ftw, anyway about my lucid, i usually do reverse blinking and a WILD before bed , before i sleep yes and it works fine lay there for 30 mins or so, everything goes numb then slowly i start feeling little twitches bam next thing i know im in a lucid dream and ican even make objects appear , only thing is i cant actually do this ina first person prospective lol , it may sound stupid but im always seeing myself as if im behind my self , but controling my actions still , kinda takes the realism out of it anyway, hoping to get some more control and share what i do , for my WILD or so if anyone would need it thanks. Every other day, I only sleep for 2 hours. The other days, I sleep for close to 12 hours. |

On weekends I sleep a minimunm of 14 hours I usually wake up at about 12 hours, then go back to bed to lucid dream again. |

Hi Billy , yeah some things can get in the way of sleeping like school/jobs ect. Just try and get through it and make time for dreaming when ever possible, like have naps as you suggested. |
