Whenever I'm trying to relax/go to sleep/ WILD I find that my eyes seem to gravitate towards being half-open. Of course, this is really annoying as it's distracting, and if I force myself to keep them closed then I get too tense. Any suggestions?

Since your eyes seem to want to be open, you could try reverse blinking until they get really heavy.

      Just a though.

Nah, it's not a question of heavyness. More they're kind of too short, if that makes any sense.

      P.S I'm not a freak...

Never though you were a freak. But I still stand by the reverse blinking tenchnique, you should try it.

My eyes also tend to open when I'm falling asleep. Just make sure the room you're in is very dark and it shouldn't be a problem.

Improvise. Wear a headband over your eyes, or a touque down low. Doesn't have to be a store bought sleeping mask.
