      Q. What's the best technique?
      A. There is no best techniquw, it depends on the person, and his or her sleep pattern.
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
      Q. What do you suggest i do?
      A. Keep a dream journal to increase dream recall. Have a normal, and healthy sleeping patter. Don't smoke, or do drugs, if u do quit. (this can greatly reducee lding and dreams). THan i suggest mild.
      ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
      Q. Why should i take ur advice?
      A. I'm a big newbie.(Almost not a newb) I've had 3 long, vivid lds, with good control. Since im still a newbie, i can help you by either answering ur question, or finding the answer with you.

Umm, no offence, but don't newbies usually refrain from asking other newbies questions. I mean when I suck at something, I tend to ask experts for answers. But whatever, I hope you can help them.

Well, I am sure that there are a lot of things you could help another newb with. But, if you are unsure of something, please ask another experienced member! Seriously. We don't want anyone giving faulty info out.

Even if you can't Lucid Dream to save your life, you can become an expert on it just from browsing this site. But I agree we don't want faulty info being given out. If Triple X knows what he/she's doing, then go ahead

Although an 'expert' (admittedly self-proclaimed) - I'm also a 'natural'. I can share all kinds of neat tricks, and give my personal perspective on it all - but I expect that rather than ask me, people could often get more from someone who's had to learn the hard way, and has just had their first few lucids... The main thing to remember is that people are different - an 'expert' will know there is more than one way to get there - whereas a 'newb' might think their method is '100% guaranteed' because it works for them. This could be very disheartening if it doesnt work for you...

Like people have been saying, newbies helping newbies is all fine and dandy, but I agree with Gwen that there is a risk of faulty info, it's often an idea to ask an experience lucid dreamer if you're really unsure.
