Im very interested in just being able to remember my dreams, let alone control them. I usually remember absolutely nothing about my dreams, even though apparently I 4 or 5 a night. But it so happens that Im a VERY heavey sleeper. My mom always told me I could sleep through world war 3. So from what I understand the best way to remember dreams is through a dream journal, and the best way to have a good memory of a dream is to wake up during the REM stage of sleep. Therin lies the problem: I often sleep through a loud alarm clock, causing me to be late for work/school. I was wondering if there was any technique to being able to wake up easier, not only to help me remember my dreams, but also to help out with my daily life? |
