      Have you been a "guest" on DreamViews long or just found it? Also how far into lucid dreaming are you, like are you a newb to it or a natural? Well if you need any information go to the Tutorials Section as it has all the needed info that you will need.

      Also do you have a dream journal? Its the best way to improve your dream recall, helping you remember your dreams and any lucid dreams that you may not have remembered. Also its helpful with finding your dream signs. Also Rality Checks should help you out, they let you question the reality of your dream, helping you become lucid in a dream.
