To get started Lucid Dreaming, I would reccommend checking out the tutorials section, as it has lots of good info on how to get lucid, and all kinds of techniques. There are also lots of guides on the forum if you look around (check people's signature lines, they may have a guide they wrote on how to do something). My first induced lucid dream was using HILD (hypnosis induced lucid dreaming, you can find the guide in the tutorials section). Just try all kinds of technique, and have a good time getting lucid.
