Hi! I'm new to this message board, but am extremely interested in Lucid Dreams. I'm pretty sure that I have unknowingly had a few lucid dreams over the years, but they have been by accident. I was wondering what technique would be the easiest for someone new to lucid dreaming to practice. I have been doing random reality checks for about a week (it took me that long to work up the courage to join the message board ) Anyways, I usually find that I remember at least one dream a night, but while I'm dreaming, I don't tend to think about what I'm doing much... Any suggestions would be helpful!

      Welcome to the board.

Normally people recommend DILD as a beginner technique, but I've always just practiced WILDing.

Yes. And to begin a dream journal to help you dream recall!

Welcome greenamber! Glad you joined the forum.

I feel like keeping a dream journal had really helped my recall. And for Lding, I have had a lot of success doing the Wake Back to Bed method.

Have fun....and I hope you have lots of success.

      Hey there!

      Check out the
tutorials section and if you have any questions feel free to ask! We'll be happy to help!

DILD would be the best beginner method. Its the easiest and most common.

Hope you enjoy your stay here! Feel free to drop a PM if you need anything!

If none of those techniques work for you try FILD (u can read about it in the tutorials) It is the only
technique that has ever given me a lucid - its worth a try as it seems to be an easy process - have
done it once but not managed to repeat it yet - however I hardly sleep anymore so that could be
      why LOL

      Good Luck,

      Namaste
