      Just wanna say Hi!

      I just got registered, so I guess that makes me a noob!

      I'm a 20 year old guy from Ontario and I have been reading up and practicing LDing for a few years now. I've become fairly good at inducing the dreams, but I'm having a bit of trouble maintaining them..it seems as if they dissintegrate too quickly for me to do anything about it :S

      Anybody have suggestions on how to work with that??

      Practice is about the only thing that works. There are some techniques that I use when I feel the dream beginning to desolve. Try spinning, or verbal commands. They usually work for me.

      We sure seem to be getting our share of monkeys in this forum lately...

      Seeker gave you some good advice. In my personal experience, rubbing my hands or grabbing on to something in the dream world work best. You just have to find the technique that fits you best...
