Hi everyone, I am a new user to dreamviews, but I believe lucidy could change reality. I am a starting out actor, and I think that if I reahearse for auditions in my dreams, it could turn out better in real life. I have a had a few lucid dreams in my life, I just need help at doing it at will. Whoever knows what I should do to start lucid dreaming at will, reply please. Which exercises are best? WBTB? MILD? WILD? HILD? DILD? Info needed... |

Hi, welcome to the forum, I'm new too. I had my first lucid dream last night pretty quickly. I did a bunch of reality checks yesterday and I think I did DILD successfully. My guess is to experiment and see which one you're most comfortable with. but I dunno, listen to the other guys with more experience. |

Hi and welcome to the forum, well I'd recommend that you use the MILD technique with the WBTB as those 2 work well together and are very easy for newbies. |

Welcome, I personally recommend doing reality checks and HILD (see the tutorial in the tutorial section), in order to induce a DILD. That has worked best for me, though I think the LDs I had last night were MILD (I am not 100% what induced them, and they may have been just DILD). |

That's one of the reasons people try to LD, besides it being fun it can be consturctive. Give it a shot, sounds good. |
