I can't focus while attempting WILDs. I tried the methods stated in the tutorials but nothing. Any good methods?

Have you tried reverse blinking? I haven't succeeded in inducing a WILD yet, but the closest I've come so far has been through reverse blinking. Try the steps outlined in this guide.

Yes. Twice in fact. The first time I got afraid and my heart rate increased and the second time I lost focus. I had a very low lucid dream this morning after a failed WILD attempt. Something I did right that first time that I haven't been able to duplicate in my other attempts

What are you trying to focus on? I don't like tedious breathing methods, try just focusing on the black inside your eyes and just imagining and visualizing, if your mind drifts, caffiene may help you (try 1 cup of coke or 1 1/2) It worked for me, then you tend to be a bit more aware into your REM state.

there are other methods so just read around, i'm sure you'll find something that works for you soon
