      hey i just recently learned about lucid dreaming, (eventhough i had a lucid dream before i knew what they were) and i heard that it's possible to wake up in a lucid dream and never find reality again. is this true? can you "get lost" in a lucid dream and never be able to distinguish between 'reality' and 'dreamworld'?

      Technically, no. Because if your not sure as to whether its a dream or not, its not Lucid

      There have been rare cases where people end up finding it difficult to tell the difference between reality and a dream, but that is more because of a literal mental problem rather then the dreams. Dreams would just be the path to it because of the problem.

      I think thats what you meant is it not?
