they seem to be my best bet to becoming lucid. im so happy i actually have been remembering my dreams better and yesterday was just thinking that maybe it meant i was ready to have more lucid dreams.... because ive probably only had like 5 before that i remember. and i DID last night i was supposed to wake up and do some homework and was planning on getting up like around 5 to do it... but had a false awakening and tried the light switch in the bathroom and it didn't work... and i was like wtf am i dreaming? and tried the other one and realized i was! im excited. and every time i have lucids where i have false awakenings in my house im afraid to try and fly or anything cuz ill wake up but i always do like this gravity free bouncing instead... but last night i jumped off my balcony down to the first floor like 5 times. in my dream i was afraid to go outside cuz it was dark and i was like oh lord i dont know what ill see out there cuz i am dreaming and i couldn't make myself go out there. then i had another false awakening and thought i was really awake for a while... then i finally realized i WAS still dreaming. im soo excited next time im lucid im determined to try and change my dreamscape to something other than my house. or at least go outside... whats the best way to change your location in a dream? like is it better to actually travel somewhere else or how else can you just change it?

Congrats on your Lucid Dreams Suze I have found that there are a few great ways to change locations in dreams. Try closing your eyes and think of the place you want to be in, when you open your eyes you will be there. Another thing to do is to go to a door and know that the place you want to be at is right behind that door. Open the door and there you go. Good luck, let me know how it goes.

Congrats to your lucidity! My first two lucid dreams were false awakenings. There the only ones I've had so far after trying for about 3 weeks. Hope you have more to come!
