ok heres the low down i had a buddy shyne tell me about this dream stuff and at first i dident think much of it but then i did this thing he tought me how to WILD and i could do form bing awake and haveing to get up in the middle of the night this has been working out well for me so has the Ambien i took a coulpe of nights ago it helps me keep my mind awake but my bodysleeping but anyway if you have any advice for a noob plese help me out cuz this is some cool stuff

Hello there First off, welcome to Dream Views. There are many eaiser methods to try out other then a WILD. IN fact, WILDs are the hardest type to perform. Why dont you check out the tutorials and try out a MILD. Also, you could start performing reality checks. Thats when you ask yourslef many time throughout the day if you are dreaming or not..
