Hey guys, I've been trying to lucid dream now on and off for the past 4 months and I feel that I am at the brink of experiencing them. I am very good at remembering my dreams every night as I am able to recall dreams as if they were vivid memories.

However, the problem that I am experiencing is SP. I have read that SP is a great gateway to lucid dreaming. So for the past few weeks when I get sp I just try to relax, but I keep waking up... This also happens when I get slowly begin to fall asleep. For example, when I was trying to sleep at the airport, I closed my eyes and I began to think of random people.. Then environments began to form. It felt like a day dream more than a real dream however the moment I realized that I was dreaming, I either went into SP or I woke up
I feel like I'm so close, but I don't know what to do from here... Why do I keep waking up?
