I started lucid dreaming last week!
i have already had 2 dreams where i was able to realise i was in a dream but snapped out of it! i have been working on my dream recall and usually i get 3 dreams a night (came after practice, and my body naturally wakes up after REM periods)
Anyway can someone explain to me the Adoption concept?
is it kind of like training or something?
i have no idea at all on the meaning of this!
but i feel great to be in a new forum! it looks exciting!!
Can't wait to explore!!!
