My dream recall has gotten really good, better then I thought possible, My dreams are now really intricate stories, instead of fuzzy vague details, and I usually have 3 to 4 dreams a night. you should really try the FILD, it gave me my first ever controllable lucid and it was easy. theres a turotial or somthing on it. you should do reality checks, but everytime you do them, look around and be awar of everything,and when you see strange buildings do it. it'll probobly help. sometimes it takes a while to have your first lucid. i just had all my dreams (4) last night be lucid and i didnt do anything to induce them. if you don't already, take breaks every once in a while.
