Thread: Hello All, Just Thought I'd Introduce Myself

Hello all,

Just though I'd say hi, i've been milling about the site for a couple of days now, just though i introduction would be nice.

When I was about 8-10 years old I had a strange experiance while dreaming that would change may out look towards dreaming for the rest of my life. I have alway been very intrested in dreams, but when that all change when i had my first lucid dream and suddenly i became very very ver intrested. Like i was saying i was 8-10 at the time and my dream consited of a large dinosaur running towards me, i beleive it was a T-Rex. As the fear of the dino about to eat griped my body a thought poped into my head "this can't be real, i must be dreaming" and that realisation was amazing i quickly took control of the situation and closed my eye and siad "wake up" and low and behold i did.

Over the years i thought i was speacial, having no idea that the term Lucid Dream even existed, untill about 4 years ago when my research began, i've read loads of stuff on the subject listed to lots of tapes, by the great LaBerge. I'm well up on the termanology, you could say i had kind of a head start .

I would like to become a comited member to this forum because it is clearly the best one out there.

After my 2 weeks of being a newb is over i will be considering Adopting.
