      Hi my name is conner ive discovered lucid dreaming in the past few days and ive purchased a cd off ebay which supposedly implants subliminal messages into your subconsiouse to make you have a lucid dream.
      I will try it for a few weeks to a month and post the results if you like.
      any and all replys are welcome.

      Even if the CD doesn't give you satisfaction, don't give up. There are plenty of other methods to try out. Since your interest is already so high you have a good chance of at least experiencing some "beginner's luck", which will certainly pique your interest even farther. Once you taste lucidity in the dream state you'll be amazed and hooked.

      I know your pain. I still haven't had a lucid dream either.

      Becareful with the stuff you buy on the internet, it's not always accurate. How ever if you're up for a useful book, I recommend Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming (EWOLD).

      Also If you need extra information go to the Tutorials Section.

      I second the EWOLD book. It&#39;s pretty much answers any question one may have about LDing, dreams, or sleep in general. It&#39;s not too technical though; hell, if I managed to understand it, anybody can.
