      Hi all,

      I've been a lurker at this site for a few months...I have been able to have lucid dreams for most of my life (at least as far back as I can remember!&#33 However, I had/have no control of them so they'd just pop up every now and then. I am anxious to try some of the techniques here to see if I can gain better control.

      My usual RC is my watch - if I look at it and it has lights blinking, then I know I am in a dream. A few day ago I had an intersting one...I looked at my hand and every other finger was yellow! I figured I must be dreaming!

      How often do you actually get them? Also, I'm guessing that DILD (gaining lucidity whilst already in a dream) is your "method of choice"?
