Just stick a piece of paper and a pen right next to your bed. When you wake up naturally, the first thing you should do is write down what your thinking. This triggers other memories, and you'll end up being able to remember much more about what you were dreaming of.

Cheers

"what if I wake up and remember nothing"

Then try again tomorrow night. You'll get there.

Most likely though if you wake up in the middle of the night tonight you'll remember many details of what was just going on inside your mind.

Good luck!

No problem at all. One is better than none, right?

Over time you'll find that you remember more dreams (if you are devoted in keeping your dream journal).

Plus, it's not always about the number of dreams that counts, but how well you remember them.

Anything you remember is good. Writing down anything will help you remember more in the followind days.

I agree, even if you wake up sleepyish, write something down immediately, an image, a thought you think you might have had. ANYTHING
There's good and evil in each individual fire
identifies needs and feeds our desires
as long as we keep our spirit inspired
