      I know you can`t move during it but can you have your eyes open and see in SP?

      Yes, you can have your eyes open in mid SP. Sometimes the eye open thing can be a false awakening and it's occasionally hard to tell the difference.

      If you know it's a false awakening then you can enter a lucid dream right from that point.

      If your eyes really are open try to close them again before the SP wears off. As you drift off choose to enter a dream or tell yourself that you will be lucid in the upcoming dream.
