Hey all, |

If you're a heavy sleeper, trying to WBTB (wake, back to bed) might me more difficult. But if you try these you need to stimulate the mind, rather than waking the body up. The more *awake* your mind can be, and the more asleep your body can be, generally for all Lucid Dreaming, the better.. |

I'm a very light sleeper...I think that's always been a good thing as far as dreaming is concerned. |

I'm a really heavy sleeper. I've slept through fire alarms and I can easily sleep for 12 hours if I have nothing better to do. |
