Last night, I tried to do a WILD for my first time. I went to sleep and woke myself up 5 hours later with an alarm clock. I did all the techniques that I read from a WILD tutorial. The relaxation bit seemed to drag longer than i expected. Afer a while i couldnt feel my body, it felt really heavy. Then finaly, I had my eyes closed and it seemed like the whole world was spinning really fast in circles even though my eyes were closed. Then i felt a tingling sensation starting at my leg and i knew that i was entering SP. Slowly, my body started to feel like it was sinking into the bed and suddenly, my heartrate skyrocketed. It was beating so fast, i couldnt controll it, even though i wasnt scared, I couldnt help it from pounding in my chest. This caused me to wake up. I decided to try again, but it didnt work very well. this time, i didnt even enter SP. i knew my hands were in front of me but for some reason, I thought and kept feeling as if my hands were raised up in the air over my head. This was quite annoying so i had to move my arms just to make sure which caused me to wake up. I was just wondering if anyone has any advice on how to controll my heartrate? |
