Or perhaps even try my list of useful links which is carefully tucked away in the tutorials and has a plethora of information.

But if I burn it on cd, does it not start when I turn on the cd? (If I want it to start 6 hours after)

You have various choices to solve this. You either:

      A) Have your computer on.
      B) Wake up, turn on, go to sleep
      C) Not have it start 6 hours later.
      D) Create a magical fairy magic timer system.

      Lol.

If your CD player is a good one, it'll have a timer system on it.

You guys know, I bet 6 hours of silence compresses down to almost nothing with a good MP3 converter.

Splice on 6 hours of silence at the beginning.

Or simply tell the computer to start after six hours alternatively the cd-player to start after that time. Or, use a "normal" cd-player and a simple timer.
