Lucid Dream Tracks

What is everyones opinion on audio that is supposed to help induce lucid dreaming? Does anyone use it? I've heard that using it in addition to all of the over techniques works well. If so, can someone direct on this site to where I can find free mp3s of them?

Hi logain. I&#39;ve tried a couple of the mp3&#39;s and they don&#39;t really work for me. Others swear by them though. There are some mp3&#39;s in the >>Lucid Aids<< forum. There are quite a few in there if you&#39;re willing to sift through them all.

I find it helps me relax so i would say it does help, The only problem i have is not turning it on in the night, past 3 days i've woken up with my MP3 on, even though i turned it off the night before *EDIT* Just music i like in general, probably not what your talking about *EDIT*
