Hi, just signed up for the forums and wow, I've been missing out not reading the forums. Anyway, My name is Taylor and I'm 18, I have lucid dreams pretty much every night. Its so fun. I'm a writer and I like to live out the stories I write in my dreams it's pretty fun. I know I still have a lot I can learn and I've been looking up several books and I was wondering what is the best book about lucid dreams out right now? |

By far the best book about LDing is "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen LaBerge. It's considered the Bible of lucid dreaming around here. |
|
That is soooo cool. |

As someone already mentioned, LaBerge's 'Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming' is definitely considered the classic work on LD'ing. It's strictly on LDing and very straightforward, even scientifiec. |
