I have a few questions about WILDs,

1)Are LDs that are induced by WILD different from other techniques, are they more realistic?

2)I tried to WILD and suddenly my hands or feet twitch, I was just wondering if this was part of SP or if it acts like I moved purposely.

3)Instead of counting, can I do like multiplication like, breath in 1x1, breath out 1 etc... ?

Note: I have only acheived an LD through WILD once, and SP 3 times.

      1) In terms of the sciences behind it, LDs induced through WILD and LDs induced through anything else are the same. However, certain techniques work better for certain people, so you may find that you have vivid, recallable dreams with WILD, or you may find you can't do it at all.

      2) Im not sure if it's universal or anything, but this happens to me too. I haven't figured out how to stop it yet. I did realize last night that if you just let your leg, hands, or whatever else is twitching move on it's own and not try to fight it (this could be hard. You do it automatically most of the time), then there is less movement caused.

      3) You can do whatever works best for you. Myself, I have problems concentrating when trying to WILD (I don't have any form of ADHD or the like or anything. I just find it a bit boring), and I use that to my advantage. I count to about 50, before I get lost in some other, more interesting thought. By the time I realize that I should be counting, my hands and feet are numb, I can hear a whirring in my ears and feel a slight pain on my left leg.
