      Hi there, I'm new!

Hi there DV. My name is David, I'm 21, and I want to learn to have lucid dreams.

I learned about lucid dreaming "randomly from the Internet" if you will. At first it sounded too fantastic to me, but I realized this is something that I can learn, and that it has great potential for me. I have a lot of wild fantasies that need fullfillment (flying, lifting heavy things, baking a cake ) and apart from that, there are many other things it could do for me.

I've been training my dream recall for a week now, and I've recalled a staggering total of 5 dreams during the last 8 days, which has almost doubled my total of recalled dreams. They aren't very vivid (ex.: "I'm hitting a nail with a hammer. The End." ).

I'm currently serving as a conscripted solider in the Norwegian Army, and have about 60 days left to my discharge. I don't think I will be able to become lucid before that, but I will atleast use that time to train my dream recall.

One more note: I'm kinky . That's another factor to my motivation towards lucid dreaming.

This forum looks to be the most interesting one I have ever been to.
      I hope it will be!

      Hi Dimbnd

Welcome to dreamviews you have to excuse the latency we just went through a redesign of the forum and I believe everyone is mostly trying to rediscover his/her surrondings and getting familiar with the new layout. You will see more people arrive to greet you. It seems like you are definately on the right path, working on your dream recall is definately a foot in the right direction. As continue to practice it you will find your recall time will increase dramatically. So what's it like being in the Norwegian Army? Well if you have any questions feel free to ask around and get intouch with those dreamguides, those guys are a cool bunch and very informative.

      Next up Burns!

Thanks, Ne-yo! I'm looking forward to all aspects of my newest interest, including being a part of this forum.

A year in the Army is not a wasted time, indeed. You learn a lot about yourself, and also a lot of other useful things, you become more mature. I would reccomend it to any norwegian! With that being said, I am very much looking forward to my discharge :p
