      Hi all, im new !

Hi guys. Been interested in this for a long time. Had some when i was little. And now would like to teach myself how to have them. But im a little scared!

All this about sleep paralysis scares me to death

When i was little i used to have dreams where im walking to school. The schoo would be different (ie a different colour, or something out of place) Then id think ah this is a dream, i would fly about not for long. Then id wake up, or drift off into a normal dream.

It felt ace to fly! This is what id love to get back! Can they last longer? My experience was only a few seconds, a minute at most maybe. I dont think i had complete controll either. But i could fly at will, is that a lucid dream?

Anyway, hope to make some good friends here

HI Cammy. Glad you could join our ever growing community of lucid dreamers. Don't worry about SP, it's completely natural and there are ways of getting lucid without ever having to experience it. My suggestion is to start a dream journal and keep track of your dreams. It'll help solidify the dreaming mind/waking mind connection.

Blessed dreaming to you and to all

Hey Cammy, welcome to the forums, see you like Heroes aswell Well all i can say is that Sleep Paralysis can be scary for some when first experiencing it, i myself have never experienced it but i suppose one thing is for sure, the better equiped you are with knowledge when experiencing SP you will probably fear it less, it won't be something new, you will understand why its happening, just start with a dream journal, don't worry about SP for now, you don't have to go through SP to have lucid dreams either, there are many techniques here on the forum, just take a look around and experiment after building your dream recall with your dream journal

Hi lucid seeker. How long have you been trying for lucid dreams?

Im a big final fantasy fan as well and i see your LD goals. There amazing goals and i really hope you get to experience every one.

I would love to jump into tidus shoes and roam around with yuna

I would also love to score a winning penalty for england to win the world cup and have everyone cheering my name. Then fly into the sky!

Hi Cammy! Welcome to the forum!

hehe, I'm a FF fan as well - my cats names are Cloud and Titus (I changed the spelling) and my dog's name is Red XIII.

Hope you enjoy the forum. Everyone here is very friendly and this is a great place to learn more about LDing and to hone your skills.

      Good luck and have fun!
