I know that im another guy saying "im NEW!" but....

First of all, i wanna say hi, my name's ben and ive been poking around on this forum for about a month now, and i just have to say that this sight kicks ass:p ,

Okay, so ive been trying to LD for around a week now, I dont keep a dreamm jounal (well i do but i always forget) anyway, a few days ago i was lying in bed with my eyes closed, thinking about stuff and all of a sudden i couldnt move... i didnt believe it at first so i tried again...still nothing, but what i found wierdest was that i wasnt scared at all, was this SP?

PS: after this i fell into a non-LD that i remembered quite clearly, i guess what im looking for if tips on how not to do that, becuase if i can do it again, i might LD (and i am so anxious too)

Sounds like SP to me. Basically, once in this state you must "will" yourself to move. It's a hard concept to grasp at first, but once you catch on LD will happen effortlessly for you.
